Constable Bob Bell has 28 years experience as Constable for Pct. 3 Collin County, Texas. Constable Bell began his law enforcement career with Collin County in 1976 as a part-time Constable and has built his office to the current staff of 11 deputy Constables and three clerks.
Constable Bell is a long time resident of Plano and graduated from Plano High School. Constable Bell is also a graduate of the Texoma Regional Police Academy and is a certified Texas Peace Officer and has a Master Peace Officer's License through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Education. Constable Bell has in excess of 1400 hours of law enforcement training, many in law enforcement management.
Constable Bell's office is respected state wide as a law enforcement agency operating with knowledge and expertise in civil process.
Constable Bell has been recognized two times by the City of Allen City Council for his volunteer efforts in community service and environmental clean up efforts.
Constable Bell's office recently applied for and received a $50,000 grant from the North Central Texas Council of Governments to purchase equipment to enforce environmental crimes and prosecute illegal dumpers. The equipment purchased is shared with all four Constable's Offices in Collin County and is for use county-wide.
