If you move out of the county, you have two (2) options. (1) You can let the Assume Name expire or (2) you can file a Statement of Abandonment for a filing fee of $9.50 for one (1) owner, plus $1 for each additional owner.

Fees:

• $9.50 to file an unincorporated Assume Name Certificate; $1.00 extra for each additional owner.
• $10.50 for corporation, unless Registered Agent and the one (1) signing is different. If so, there is an additional $1.00 for each additional owner or registered agent.
• There is a copy fee of $1.00 per page plus an additional $5.00 for a certified copy.

Abandonment Fee:
