Information contained in these databases includes original documents which were recorded in the County Clerk’s Office as well as delayed certifications.

Our Historical Marriage Licenses date from 1884 to 1949.  These records have been digitized for preservation and the originals archived in the County Clerk’s Records.

The Collin County Clerk currently has approximately 150,000 School Census Records which have been digitized and placed in a searchable database.

Our birth, death and marriage records are searchable by their indexes. Birth records greater than 75 years old and Death records greater than 25 years old are available to the public pursuant to T.A.C. Title 25, §181.23 (a)(2), (c)(2) .
