The Collin County Clerk offers a variety of our historical documents for purchase. Payment types accepted for historical documents are cash, check or money order. Credit/debit card payments are available for Historical Marriage Licenses only at this time. Payment must be received before documents are released.

Certified Copy-$7.00 each
Heirloom Copy-$10.00 each
Certified Heirloom Copy-$15.00 each

School Census Records
Plain PDF-$5.00 per image
Certified Copy-$7.00 each

Historical Birth Certificate
Certified Copy-$23.00 each

Historical Death Certificate
Certified Copy-$21.00 each

Marriage Record
Certified Copy-$7.00 each

Plain PDF copies can be emailed to you upon completion of your transaction.  Certified and Heirloom copies cannot be emailed; they must be picked up at our McKinney office or we can ship them to you.
