Lynne Finley, District Clerk

Lynne Finley is a Texas native who has lived and practiced law in Collin County for more than 20 years. Elected to office in 2016, Lynne knows the District Court system and has worked in criminal, civil and family law including General Counsel and Risk Manager positions for large corporations. Her experience gives her a strong foundation to serve the people of Collin County as their District Clerk. She combines legal and business knowledge with conservative values and civic and charitable activities.

Lynne's family's history of service to their community goes back generations. Lynne's mother, Barbara Nash, served on the Arlington School Board and City Council and in the Texas House of Representatives. Lynne's brother, the Honorable John Chupp, serves as the Judge of the 141st District Court of Tarrant County.

Lynne and her husband, fellow attorney G. Lee Finley (a former U.S. Marine), live in Richardson with their 3 children.
