To keep and protect the judicial records of the Collin County District Courts in compliance with the state constitution and state statutes as they relate to serving the citizens, and by fulfilling the statutory duties required as the custodian of such records through the promotion and direction of professionalism and cooperation among the District Clerk's staff.
