Persons who have written a hot check which has an outstanding
case under the jurisdiction of any of the Collin County Justice of the
Peace Courts may pay their hot check fines and warrant fees online.
In order to be eligible for online payment, the following
criteria must be met:
- Proof of restitution must have been filed with the court.
- The defendant must have been age 17 or older when the check was issued.
- Any outstanding warrant associated with this case must be less than
120 days old.
- If an extension was granted, the extension due date cannot have expired.
- No previous partial payments have been applied to the hot check fines
or warrant fees for this case.
