Open House to show Outer Loop Alignment for Segment 3

The Collin County Toll Road Authority (CCTRA) is holding an Open House on May 10 to present alignment alternatives and discuss the status of the proposed Segment 3 of the Collin County Outer Loop, from State Highway 289 (Preston Road) to FM 2478 in Celina, Texas.

The Open House will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Celina Middle School, 710 E. Pecan Street, Celina, Texas, 75009.

Those attending will be able to view project exhibits, ask individual questions of CCTRA staff and the project engineer, CH2M HILL, and express their views on the project. No formal presentation will be made. Exhibits can also be viewed on the County’s web site. 

Comment forms will be available for citizens to enter comments for the official project record. Comments may be submitted for a period of 10 days after the Open House and must be postmarked by May 20, 2012, to be included as part of the official project record.
