Information from the Collin County civil and criminal
database dating back to 1981 is available for download or view.
A cost of $1, plus a $5 credit card or $2 e-check transaction fee is charged
for each query. Upon completion of the query, an email will be sent to you which
will contain instructions for downloading the requested data. Open cases and requests
spanning more than a 30 day time frame, may only be downloaded and are not available
for viewing within your web browser. All query data remains available for 30 days
and is provided in a Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. For information on

Notice regarding Justice Court Precinct
1 Cases: Due to a software change, the only Justice
Court Precinct 1 court data available from this site will be cases
that have been closed by the court and having a date range of
April 29, 2009 and older. To get current pending cases dating
after April 29, 2009, please visit the new JP1
Court Calendar and Case Lookup application.
