Capital Murder Trial Reset for October 8th

(McKINNEY, Texas) -- Testimony in the capital murder trial of a 27-year-old parolee from North Carolina will not begin until Monday, Oct. 8, as jury selection continues in the 380th District Court.

Kosoul Chanthakoummane is charged with the slaying of real estate agent Sarah Walker, 40, on July 8, 2006, in a model home in McKinney. He has been held on $1 million bond in the Collin County jail since his arrest by McKinney police at his North Dallas apartment in September 2006.
