Public Service Announcement

(McKinney, TX) - The Collin County Clerk’s Office and the District Clerk’s Office in Frisco will close on September 12th. The branch office of the District Clerk, located at 8585 John Wesley, provides and manages passport applications. The branch office of the County Clerk’s office provides birth, death and marriage certificates. After September 12th, these services will be managed through the County and District Clerks’ offices in the following locations:
