Collin County government offices to remain closed tomorrow
(McKinney, TX) - All Collin County government offices are closed following today's transmission pipeline failure at the North Texas Municipal Water District's Water Treatment Plant. And, county offices will remain closed tomorrow (Thursday, July 14).
