Railroad to reopen this afternoon following derailment

(Copeville, TX) -- The railroad affected by an early morning train derailment is expected to reopen later this afternoon. About ten Kansas City Southern cars derailed around 2 a.m. There were no injuries. One of the cars contain chlorine but there were no spills or leaks. The chlorine tanker has been placed back on the track, and track repairs are underway.
