Presbyterian Hospital of Plano to offer free child safety seat inspections

(McKinney, TX) - Child safety seats can be confusing, and the questions seemingly endless, but help is available for expectant, new, and experienced parents. On Tuesday, April 5, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano will offer free child seat checks from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. outside the Collin County Health Care Clinic, 825 N. McDonald Street in McKinney. Certified child passenger technicians will answer questions about child safety seats and teach participants how to install children’s seats correctly in vehicles. Appointments are required. Child safety seats will be provided for those that do not have one. To schedule an appointment, please call 1-800-4-PRESBY (1-800-477-3729).
