Collin County residents are invited to participate in a Mass Smallpox Vaccination Exercise coordinated by Collin County and the Texas Department of Health (TDH). The event is scheduled for June 9th at McKinney North High School. Volunteer "actors" are needed as part of this exercise. Residents interested in participating may complete the attached form and submit it by June 3rd.
