Bob Upchurch
Manager, Fleet Services
Bob is the Equipment Services manager and has been for the past 6 years.
He is responsible for 13 fleet employees as well as the everyday activities of the department.

Steve is the day-to-day operations manager of the department.
Linda is in charge of the county motorpool and handles the department's payroll.
Liz is responsible for writing the specifications for county vehicles.

Patrick takes care of all things related to fuel needs county-wide...a big job, indeed!
Kenneth takes care of the parts department, making sure there are parts available for the mechanics to use.

These guys are the mechanics and they can fix just about ANYTHING! They are responsible for the care and repair of all county vehicles, from Sheriff's automobiles, road graders, dump trucks, mowers and anything in-between. Collin County could not function without these guys. They're the best!
