Filling potholes is an everyday task. In fact, we have several crews where their ONLY job is to find and patch potholes.

	Once a pothole has been found...
	...it is filled with a special mixture called R3-UPM (a special mixture of old asphalt, oil emulsions and adhesives).
	This material is packed down by running the truck over the patching material several times.
