Carla Weiss is the first point of contact with county road adjacent landowners by way of a mailed document package when right-of-way easement is proposed on their property for road upgrade. A few of her other responsibilities include Traffic Studies for Regulatory signs and road lane striping. She is a graduate of Denison High School and Grayson County JR College. She has worked for a couple of surrounding County Appraisal Districts and has been with Road and Bridge for four years. CAD has been her focus for almost twenty years and enjoys working with our GIS software. "Working with the folks here and the public is enjoyable.", Carla said. "Our Ten Year Plan to upgrade all the roads to asphalt is challenging, but very rewarding."
