- He requests utility locates for routine maintenance including culvert replacements.
- He issues utility permits for all new/upgraded utility lines being installed in,
under or over Collin County maintained road rights-of-way.
- Wayne also inspects installation of all utility lines installed in,
under or over Collin County maintained road rights-of-way.
- He determines culvert sizes needed for driveways that join Collin County maintained roads.
- He also Addresses any drainage or utility issues that may arise during daily work duties.
Wayne is always available to address citizen questions and concerns regarding utility
installations on and around their property.
