Pursuant to Local Government Code 118.131, it is ordered by the Court that the Sheriff and Constables of Collin County are to charge the following fees for service or attempted service:

Commission on Sale is 10% up to $5,000.00 and 5% on sums over $5,000.00.
Commission on Sale (without sale) is one half of rates collected on sales; 5% up to $5,000.00 and 2.5% on sums over $5,000.00.
