The Sheriff's Office Civil Division is charged with
serving all Civil Process for the Collin County Sheriff's Office. For

mail service papers and a self addressed stamped envelope to the Collin
County Sheriff's Office, 4300 Community Avenue, McKinney, Texas, 75071,
Attn: Civil Process.
Authorized Fees for Service of Civil Process
Pursuant to Local Government Code 118.131, it is ordered by the Court
that the Sheriff and Constables of Collin County are to charge the following
fees for service or attempted service:

Commission on Sale is 10% up to $5,000.00 and
5% on sums over $5,000.00.
Commission on Sale (without sale) is one half of rates collected
on sales; 5% up to $5,000.00 and 2.5% on sums over $5,000.00.
All fees are effective as of January 1, 2013.
