The mission of the Collin County Community Supervision and Corrections Department and its personnel is:
To protect the community through supervision/incarceration of the offender;
To deter criminal behavior through the administration of sanctions;
To encourage positive changes in the offender's behavior; and
To increase community corrections involvement.
Our corrections philosophy is that offenders should
be held strictly responsible and accountable for their actions, while
being assisted in facilitating pro-social changes in behavior.
