City of Richardson
The city is diligently working to clear debris and restore normal services. The recovery process is broken down into three phases:
Phase I: Clearing a Path (Up to 72 Hours)
Phase II: Curb-to-Curb Cleanup (Throughout the Weekend)
Phase III: Neighborhood Debris Removal (Starting June 3rd)
