​Reports and social media speculation regarding Judge John Roach Jr.’s resignation are inaccurate.  Judge Roach Jr. has not resigned from his judicial position and remains fully committed to serving as Judge of the 296th Judicial District Court through the end of his current term on December 31, 2026.
