Collin County Courthouse Café open for business
Notice for March 20, 2020: the Courthouse Cafe will remain open for carry-out orders only until further notice, due to local public health restrictions on dine-in restaurants.
You want fries with that, right? We thought you should know that the
Collin County Courthouse Café is open to the public five days a week, and you can get house-cut fries
or fresh-made potato chips to go with your burger.
Located on the lower level of the Bloomdale Courthouse, next to the Law Library, the café offers short-order items from their grill as well as plate-lunch entrees, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch entrees vary from eggs benedict ($4.99), biscuits-and-gravy ($1.99) and breakfast tacos ($2.49), to ¼-pound cheeseburgers ($6.00), deli sandwich plates ($5.99), and daily lunch specials ($6.49) such as pot roast, fajitas or fried chicken. Of course, there are salads, desserts, fresh coffee, soft drinks and such, to boot.
We’ve posted full menus for
breakfast (7:30-10:30 a.m.) and
lunch (10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.) with price listings, as well as a
monthly calendar of lunch entrees.
Also, for the time being, the café is offering a Cookie Happy Hour, from 2:30 p.m. until closing – or until these fresh-from-the-oven cookies run out, whichever comes first.
