Offices Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday: All county offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27, for the holiday. This includes parks offices, public works, courts and all other administrative offices. Offices will re-open Monday, Nov. 30.

COVID-19 testing for the uninsured


Since mid-May, the Collin CARES assistance program will cover costs of uninsured Collin County residents to get tested for COVID-19 by any qualified lab, pharmacy or health care provider who will accept the county's voucher to assume the cost of the testing.

Important Deadline: Due to accounting deadlines on U.S. Cares Act funding, vouchers from caregivers for free COVID-19 testing need to be turned in by Nov. 26. No vouchers will be processed after that date, unless federal funding measures for COVID-19 are changed or renewed. The links below to applications will be severed Nov.26.

However, free COVID-19 RT-PCR saliva tests are provided by the Texas Division of Emergency Management will continue through Dec. 26. These saliva tests are self-administered. Results are available within 48-96 hours. 


Location:
Toyota Soccer Center in Frisco; Red Corolla Lot (northwest corner of Technology Drive at World Cup Way) Site map. Testing is completed via drive-thru and is not located inside the stadium.
