Services at the Plano location have been resumed and include issuing birth certificates, death certificates, marriage licenses, informal marriage licenses and recording assumed names.

Marriage licenses will be issued by appointment only. At this time, we are temporarily accepting appointments for marriage licenses for Collin County residents only.

Vital Statistics: Requests for birth certificates, death certificates, assumed names and certified copies of marriage records may be submitted by mail.  Applications for birth records and death records must be notarized and include a legible copy of your government issued photo ID as well as exact payment in the form of a money order, check or cashier's check.
