Effective 4:30 p.m., March 20, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 crisis, the Collin County Clerk will temporally suspend walk in services in all departments in the County Clerk's organization. In an effort to protect both the public we serve and the County Clerk employees, the Treasury Office will be closed to all non-employee check pick-up.

All non-employee accounts payable checks will be mailed following approval by the Commissioners Court.

ACH/Direct Deposit is available for Indigent Defense Attorney payments and forms are being provided with mailed checks.

Most services provided by this office can be requested online or by email.

To process all disbursements of the County, as directed by the County Auditor and Commissioners Court. To handle the monthly billing and processing of payment(s) for dial-in access customers. Reconciliation of all Treasury bank accounts. Receive securities from bail bond companies.
