Our offices in McKinney and Plano will close at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 and remain closed through Friday, November 26, 2021. We will re-open for regular business hours on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.

General Information

To record a Land Record, the document must be an original or clerk certified copy. It must be signed and notarized. Please refer to the Land Recording Fee Schedule.

To look up a Recorded Document go to Collin County, Texas: Deed Search

  • Search by Name, Instrument Number of Property or Volume/Page.
  • If you only know the physical address, first look up the details of the property on the Collin Central Appraisal District website.
  • You may also view subdivision maps and abstract maps on the Collin CAD website.
