The Texas Supreme Court issued it's 17th Emergency Order on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. The new order ammends exisiting provisions and extends the previous deadlines. Jury trials are to be authorized according to the latest 17th Emergency Order.
Electronic Criminal Filing Opens November 1, 2015
Collin County is preparing to go live and begin accepting electronic criminal filings November 1, 2015.
**eFile Texas has notified us that, effective Sept. 1, 2015, Google Chrome will no longer support websites that use Silverlight, including the current eFileTexas website. Google Chrome users will receive a message that their web browser is not compatible, and are encouraged to transition to the new website (eFile Texas Portal) or use a different web-browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox) to eFile.
