Coronavirus Public Health News and Advisories
Notice: Collin County will cease posting new case information soon. The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) has informed Texas counties that it will handle all new case reporting for COVID-19 in the coming weeks, using different case definitions and criteria from what Collin County has reported.
 

May 24, 2020:

Public Health Report

  • There are 15 net new cases of COVID-19 in Collin County today, as of 3:30 p.m.
  • There are 315 current cases of COVID-19 in Collin County (total cases minus recovered and deceased).
  • There have been 1,151 total confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in Collin County.
  • 803 people have successfully recovered; 21 are hospitalized; 294 remain in home isolation.
  • There have been 33 confirmed deaths associated with COVID-19 in Collin County.
  • There have been 15,260 negative COVID-19 tests in Collin County.
  • There are 1,998 Persons Under Monitoring (PUM) in Collin County.
