This Judicial Online Search feature can be used to search and view information for all case types, active warrants, and current inmates simultaneously.
Case Search
This Case Search feature has a single search screen interface and can be used to search and view information for all case types. This feature can be used to search for active or historical cases held in any of the Collin County District, County Court at Law, including Probate, or Justice Courts. The case data used by this feature is updated daily at 6pm, thus changes made to a case during the current business day will not be reflected by this search feature until after 6pm. Case Record Inquiry
The Case Record Inquiry system can be used to search and view information for all case types, but only one case type can be searched at a time and the case type must be selected prior to performing the search. This feature can be used to search for active and some historical cases held in any of the Collin County District, County Court at Law, including Probate, or Justice Courts. Also, defendent mugshots are included on Criminal cases where this information is available. The case data used by this feature is updated in real time, thus changes made to a case during the current business day will be reflected immediately. Court Calendar Search
Use the Court Calendar service to search and browse the calendar for any case type in any court. You will need to select the appropriate case type from the drop-down box prior prior to selecting the "Court Calendar" link within the application. Also, when searching the Probate calendar, be sure to search the calendar by Judicial Officer and select "Copeland, Weldon S" as the officer for that court.

Beginning January 1, 2014, the Texas Supreme Court will require all Civil and Probate cases to be filed electronically. This will apply to all levels of our local court system. Collin County is already live and accepting filings.
Collin County CSCD Payments
You may now pay your court-ordered financial obligations payable to CSCD on-line! The CSCD accepts payments in the form of money order, cashier's check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). You may make your CSCD payment on-line but please note that payments payable to the District Clerk, County Clerk, Justice of the Peace Courts or Bonds are NOT payable through this link.
