Public Meeting on Outer Loop alignment set for Oct. 2

The Collin County Toll Road Authority (CCTRA) will conduct a public meeting here on Monday, Oct. 2, 2017 at 6 p.m. in the Commissioners Court Room, 4th floor, 2300 Bloomdale Road.

The purpose of the meeting will be to present proposed changes to the existing Technically Approved Alignment for the Collin County Outer Loop between State Highway 289 (Preston Road) and U.S. Highway 75.

There will be an open house beginning at 5 p.m., allowing visitors to view maps depicting the proposed alignment changes and ask questions of county staff and engineering consultants. A formal presentation will be made at the public meeting.

Forms will be available at the meeting to enter your comments for the official public record.* Written comments may also be submitted by em​ail, or mailed to the following address:

For those unable to attend in person, exhibits showing the proposed alignment changes in comparison to the existing Technically Approved Alignment are available for viewing at this link on the county's website.

Comments may be submitted for a period of 15 days after the public meeting and must be postmarked by Oct. 17, 2017, to be included as part of the official public record. Please feel free to contact Jeff Durham at (972) 548-3723 if you have any questions or require additional information.
