Our Mission

The County Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the County, coordinating other county departments and the Commissioners Court to ensure that Collin County operates smoothly. In the process of long range planning, whether it be economic development, real estate management or capital improvements, the County Administrator is an integral role in county government. The County Administrator is also responsible for the preparation of the County's annual budget.
