Renew Texas Registration
- The title owner must be a current Collin County resident & must have a current vehicle inspection
(no earlier than 90 days before the registration expires).

Handicapped parking placard
- Completed application
(VTR-214)
- New prescription from physician OR notarized physician's signature on the back of form
- Valid ID
- Surrender valid placards (if renewing permanent placard)
