For Immediate Release:

On 12/13/2021 at approximately 9:45p.m., Collin County Sheriff's Office investigators located and arrested Miguel Hernandez for the murder of Roberto Guerrero. The arrest occurred at a rural residence outside of Peaster, Texas, in Parker County.

Hernandez is currently being held in the Collin County Detention Facility in lieu of a $250,000.00 bond.
