Statement Regarding August 14 Warrant Service in Princeton
CCSO deputies served a felony warrant in Princeton, arresting Issac Harris. A dog from a neighboring home was observed loose before the warrant service and was later struck and killed by a vehicle.

Collin County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Fatal Crash Following Attempted Traffic Stop
A suspected stolen vehicle fled a DWI stop in McKinney, leading deputies on a high-speed wrong-way chase. The car crashed and caught fire; the juvenile driver survived, but a juvenile passenger died. Investigation ongoing.
