At 9:38 a.m. this morning, June 24, Collin County Sheriff's Office Investigators responded to a construction accident near FM 543 and CR 202, in the unincorporated area of north McKinney. A 41-year-old male construction worker, Paulin Sanchez, apparently died in the accident, a cave-in of a sewer-line trench. The investigation by the Collin County Sheriff's Office and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is ongoing, but no foul play is suspected.
