Update - Fig Circle Homicide Investigation | Three Arrested on Capital Murder Charges
[Collin County, Texas] - January 9, 2026 - The Collin County Sheriff's Office made three arrests in connection with a homicide that occurred on July 9, 2025, in the 9100 block of Fig Circle, south of Princeton.
As previously reported, deputies responded to the scene at approximately 8:16 p.m. and located Ociel Bautista Perez, 43, with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported by EMS to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
Following an extensive investigation by the Collin County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division, arrest warrants were obtained for the following individuals:
- Jerson Dagoberto Fuentes-Dubon, white male, age 29, of Dallas, Texas
- Mauricio Coto Ramirez, white male, age 37, of Dallas, Texas
- Patricia Flores-Bermudez, white female, age 49, of McKinney, Texas
All three suspects were arrested on January 8, 2026, charged with Capital Murder with Remuneration, and booked into the Collin County Detention Facility. Fuentes-Dubon and Coto Ramirez also have active Immigration Detainers.
The Collin County Sheriff's Office was assisted in the execution of the arrest warrants by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Texas Rangers, Texas Department of Public Safety, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the Dallas Police Department.
This investigation remains active. No further information is available at this time.
