For Immediate Release:

On January 29, 2021, Collin County Sheriff's Office Child Exploitation Unit (CEU) arrested 58 year old Rick Scheck for Promotion of Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography. Collin County Sheriff's Office Investigators working in an undercover capacity identified Rick as an individual utilizing the internet to traffic child pornography.

CEU Investigators obtained and executed a search warrant at 3100 Block of Ridge Hollow Drive in Plano. Evidence recovered at the scene includes electronic devices that contain images and videos of child pornography.

Rick Scheck is currently being held at the Collin County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
