helps fund non-profit organizations and health clinics throughout the area that offer a variety of services, from
visual screenings for kids to prescription assistance and medical help for seniors. Listed below are the

Carevide provides
medical care and medications, social

Community Health Clinic (Catholic Charities of Dallas) provides primary

Health Services of North Texas

Hope Clinic of McKinney
provides primary care to eligible uninsured residents in Collin County 103 E. Lamar Street, McKinney, TX 75069;

The Samaritan Inn assists
individuals and families before,
during, and after a homeless situation by providing interactive, in-house programs for its residents and

NextCare Program
The NextCare Program is a partnership between Collin County Health Care Services
and NextCare Medical Centers. This county funded program is an option for program eligible families
who earn less than 100% of the federal poverty guidelines and who are in need of primary care or urgent care
services in our community. If eligible for the program, the patient will pay a $20.00 co-pay and the county
will pay the difference of the cost of the visit. This program is available to Collin County residents of
all ages. Family-friendly office hours, a variety of services and locations throughout the county are just
some of the options available to patients who qualify. Application forms are provided at the locations

Eligibility: To determine if someone is eligible to receive
medical assistance through this program, the household must earn less than 100% of the federal poverty
guidelines. Applications are completed at the clinic and a current valid state ID is required to be
presented at the time of visit. Please see the Links & Resources section at the

- NextCare: Offers
primary care,
urgent care, and occupational medicine services seven days a week. No appointment is necessary. There
are 5 locations throughout Collin County to serve you. Please reference the NextCare website to find the location that will best
