Report Food Poisoning

To report a suspected cases of food poisoning or gastroenteritis please email dscor@collincountytx.gov.

Report West Nile Concerns

Collin County Health Care Services (CCHCS) works closely with health officials in cities within Collin County to identify and eliminate places where mosquitoes that may carry West Nile Virus breed. For more information, please visit our Epidemiology & Disease Reporting​ page.

Please Note: You DO NOT need to report dead birds to the health department. Dead birds can be disposed of by placing them in a plastic bag and depositing them in the regular trash. Never touch a dead bird with your hands and always wash your hands after disposing of a dead bird.

You can notify the County Health Department regarding concerns about West Nile Virus. When you submit information about an area you believe places Collin County residents at risk, the appropriate city or county health official will investigate. We do not accept anonymous reports. Your report will be forwarded to the city in which you reside. If you live in an unincorporated area you will be contacted by Collin County.
