The NextCare Program is a partnership between Collin County Health Care Services and NextCare Medical Centers. This county funded program is an option for program eligible families who earn less than 100% of the federal poverty guidelines and who are in need of primary care or urgent care services in our community. If eligible for the program, the patient will pay a $20.00 co-pay and the county will pay the difference of the cost of the visit. This program is available to Collin County residents of all ages. Family-friendly office hours, a variety of services and locations throughout the county are just some of the options available to patients who qualify. Eligibility: To determine if someone is eligible to receive medical assistance through this program, the household must earn less than 100% of the federal poverty guidelines. Applications are completed at the clinic and a current valid state ID is required to be presented at the time of visit.   • NextCare​: Offers primary care, urgent care, and occupational medicine services seven days a week. No appointment is necessary. There are several locations throughout Collin County to serve you. Please reference the NextCare website to find the location that will best serve you.
