To assist the Board of Trustees and Collin County in the development and provision of health care and related programs for its indigent citizens; to guide, support, and nurture efforts that will enhance the quality and availability of health care services for the citizens of the county.

The 2026 Collin County Healthcare Foundation non-profit grant application period is now open. Any non-profit agency that provides medical services to their eligible clients may apply to receive up to $50,000 for the March 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027 grant period. Applications are due November 18, 2025 by 4:00 pm. Please use the Grant Application and Service Guidelines located below to apply for the grant.
