TxDOT public hearing on 380 alignment reset for March 23
IMPORTANT NOTE: The U.S. 380 Farmersville in-person Public Hearing planned for March 2 has been rescheduled for March 23. Please see updated inofrmaiton below.
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is proposing a new location realignment of the existing U.S. 380 roadway from County Road 560 to County Road 699 (Hunt County Line), south of Farmersville. This notice advises the public that a draft environmental assessment is available for public review (see link below), and that TxDOT will be conducting a public hearing for the proposed project.
The public will have two options to view project material and provide comment:
- Access project information online at the project website, KeepItMovingDallas.com, through Friday, April 7, at 11:59 p.m. This is not a live event, so the material can be viewed at your convenience. Materials posted to the project website will include a pre-recorded presentation with audio and video components, along with exhibits and other information.
- Attend the Public Hearing in person on Thursday, March 23, 2023, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Farmersville Campus of Collin College located at 501 S. Collin Parkway, Farmersville, TX 75442.
The material presented at the virtual and in-person hearings is the same.
