Regional Trails Master Plan

Collin County is undertaking an important update to its Regional Trails Master Plan, building on the original 2012 Regional Trails Master Plan to improve and expand the countywide trail network. This update reflects the community's evolving vision and aims to strengthen connectivity, support local municipalities, and prioritize future trail development across the region. County Staff will present the DRAFT Regional Trails Master Plan to the Collin County Commissioners Court on November 10th, 2025. Following the presentation, the Court will conduct a Public Hearing to receive public comments on the draft plan.
