Mission
The County Court at Law Clerk’s office is committed to providing excellent customer service and supports the 7 statutory County Courts at Law. Our office files all Class A & B misdemeanor cases and Class C appeals. We provide information relating to individual case information, bonds and documents relating to a criminal misdemeanor charge. Our office accepts misdemeanor payments through our online portal.
NOTE: The Collin County Clerk does not accept filings by fax. All filings, along with the appropriate fee, must be mailed to the County Court at Law Clerk’s office, submitted through an electronic filing system or filed in person.
