Our Mission
The County Court at Law Clerk's office is committed to providing excellent customer service and supports the 7 statutory County Courts at Law. Our office files all Class A and B misdemeanor cases and Class C appeals. We provide information relating to individual case information, bonds and documents relating to a criminal misdemeanor charge. Our office accepts misdemeanor payments through our online portal.
NOTE: The Collin County Clerk does not accept filings by fax. All filings, along with the appropriate fee, must be mailed to the County Court at Law Clerk's office, submitted through an electronic filing system or filed in person.

County Clerk Records Request
To make a request for County Court at Law Clerk's documents, please use the County Clerk Record Request form.
Please Note:This form is intended only for records relating to Class A and Class B misdemeanor cases and civil lawsuits within the County Court at Law jurisdictional limits of $500 to $325,000.
For records pertaining to felony cases, family law matters, divorce, child support, or civil lawsuits exceeding $325,000, please visit the District Clerk's website. Documents can also be acquired by creating an account on re:SearchTX.
