The County Court at Law Clerk's office is committed to providing excellent customer service and supports the 7 statutory County Courts at Law. Our office files civil law suits with the jurisdictional limits of $500.00 to $325,000.00, nondisclosures, occupational driver's license, NISI and cases appealed from the Justice of the Peace. We provide information relating to individual case information and accept payments for court registry and civil bonds.
NOTE: The Collin County Clerk does not accept filings by fax. All filings, along with the appropriate fee, must be mailed to the County Court at Law Clerk's office, submitted through an electronic filing system or filed in person.
