Bond Information Sheet must be completed and submitted and submitted with the Bond to the McKinney office for recording.
- If no service is needed, please complete the waiver of service of notice section on the information sheet and submit when recording the bond.
- Bond to Indemnify can be submitted in person or mailed.
- If paying by credit card, please include contact information with your mailing.
- An additional convenience fee for credit card payments will be applied.
- Electronic recordings will not be accepted.
