Welcome to the Collin County Clerk's Marks, Brands and Tattoos Online.
Marks, brands, and tattoos must be registered with the County Clerk in the county in which the animals reside. New brands can be registered at any time. Once registered, all marks, brands and tattoos must be renewed every 10 years. The most recent renewal period began August 31, 2021 and ended February 28, 2022. New brands can be registered at any time.
To register a new mark/brand/tattoo, complete the online application. Once submitted, a confirmation email will be sent. Please visit the County Clerk's office with the confirmation email and a government issued identification for the clerk to verify the mark, brand or tattoo and collect the fee.
